Fit Max is aware that working alone can sometimes become monotonous and dull, making it hard to keep your fitness motivation going and making it easier to skip your workout days. Working with groups of 3-4 can create a sense of camaraderie with others and make your workouts fun. Our trainers will monitor your personal progress while the group motivation will keep you inspired and challenged to achieve your fitness goals. Group workouts include weight training, cardio, kettlebell workouts, and even outdoor boot camps.
